Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. Custom Orders...special price quotations and or  non stock items are not returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. If you cancel your order it will have a 10% processing fee deducted from the refund.

RETURNS/REFUNDS If you get a product and it is not what you expected, contact us to request a return authorization and please return it unused within 21 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the product purchase price. Shipping charges (original and return) are not refunded. Please include the Packing Slip with your package. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returned merchandise  will have a 10% processing fee deducted from the refund.

We strongly suggest you purchase tracking information for your return shipment. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special price quotation orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item. You will need to return the item you have (unused)  within 21 days of your purchase date for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges (original and return) are not refunded. Please include the Packing Slip with your package.
