Tortoise Shell Brown vinyl supplied in a roll of 10" x 48". Use to upholster the seat and saddle on rocking horses and toys. This is a heavier ( .045 mil ) supported vinyl with a backing for better durability and feel. On rocking horse seats , it should be tightly pulled over foam pad and attached on underside with utility staples. Size is 10" x 48". Can be cut with sharp razor or scissor. Bear in mind, with a thicker mil, upholstering will be a bit more challenging.
