Flat backed Wiggle eyes must be glued on. also called googly eyes, the black pupil is loose on the clear dome, so it is free to wiggle with movement.
To fasten use a dab of a quality craft glue ( like Elmer's Craft Glue, Titebond Thick, Weldbond, etc) or use a dab hot glue.
