Steel U-Bolts are used to construct rocking horse stirrups, ( as detailed on Plan # 400 ). They are large enough for a childs foot and are made of nickel plated steel. Make foot brace from wood to fit. Use only high strength webbing to attach to the rocking horse. U-Bolt supplied with 2 nuts.
